I first went through a phone interview. The person conducting the interview was basically a staff accountant. Basically a typical phone interview, behavioral questions. I was asked to come in to conduct a 2nd round interview. It was with the original phone interviewer and mid level accountant. Same type of questions they dug a little deeper and asked twice as many questions as well as two or three technical questions. Wasn't asked back for third round interview no reason giving.
