Lengthy process - first you interview with the recruiter, then if it’s a match you meet with the supervisor and after you fill out a test to see where you are at..if you go through that then they ask for multiple references and go through that check. Took them about a month to fully hire me but they are a best companies to work for and great atmosphere so it was worth it in the end. Salary is on the lower end
