I applied for US IT recruiter role through some of the consultancy. Moreover it was third party contractual role. Consultancy scheduled my interview with one of the continuum TA person. That guy was purely from domestic recruitment. He did not know the abcd of global recruitment /US recruitment. He started me questioned related to domestic reruitment. Which was completely illogical. They did know . Whether they are looking for domestic recruiter or global recruiter. They are just wasting people time and nothing else. They don't have even single person from US recruitment background. Their dom team trying to learn US recruitment. Not a good role for any exeprienced Global recruiter.
