I had a smooth interview with HR. I was told they were intrested in my profile and that I would move to next stage of the process. Nevertheless they did not contacted me again, not even to tell me that they were moving forward with another candidate. I sent several emails to check on the status of my aplication. After a few weeks I was told that they would let me know if the hiring manager would like to see more candidates, and that this stage included taking a writing test. Never heard back from them

Entretien
You likely hear from them 10 days after the application deadline. If selected you will have to pass a write assessment before having two panels interviews . The written assessment is about two hours , you will have to feed your reflection with whatever you will find on lean . The first panel ITW touches on your motivation, work history and your fit with the advertised role.
