Applied through email from CFDonline. Received a phone interview(~1hr15min) several weeks later. After that, they called me for an on-site interview, the process was almost 6 hrs long. Very technical interviews. You should be able to justify everything on your resume. Know in-depth about turbulence, fluid mechanics and fundamentals of CFD. Combustion is optional. You also need to give a presentation during on-site interview.

Had a phone interview one week after submitting resume. Had an on-site interview two weeks after. Interviewed with four employers including two owners and the hiring manager. The company has a lack back working environment, smart and friendly employees. The company just moved in to a new office building and is growing steadily.
