First an initial phone screening. They require 2 references at the end of the call. If selected, then a presentation to the company. And then 5 interviews individually with 5 managers.

Entretien
A lot of technical questions, asked directly by the founder of company. The proficiency of programing language like c++ and python should be high. The interview was about 45 minutes.

Entretien
After scheduling the interview with HR, one of the founders called. The whole process took about 40 minutes. He first introduced himself and the history of the company. After that, I introduced myself. Then he asked a few questions about my resume, and some additional questions in CFD, such as numerical viscosity, CFL condition, implicit scheme, etc.
