The hiring process started with a 15 minute phone screen with the hiring manager. The second, and last interview was over Teams with a panel consisting of the General Manager, Sales Manager, and a few Project Managers.

The company hiring manager had a talent scout looking for new/experienced talent. They had the agency reach out, one of the senior managers also reached out (as an introductory heads up for the interview) and the interview went exceptionally well.
