The interview process was fairly simple. They called to reach out and we set up one appointment. That’s when I talked to the manager. Then I had another appointment to talk to one of the lead technicians to see how much I knew

They really just wanted to know what I knew. They would ask me what equipment I’ve worked with and what experience I have with the type of systems they are working with

The interview process was fairly straightforward. Asked about industry experience and they were eager to hear about past job challenges. Make sure to have a list of current certifications and past systems worked on.

Long and disorganized, onboarding is chaos. HR takes a long time to get back and so do hiring managers. There are at least 4 interviews and when you don’t get the job it’s a lot of time spent.
