The interview primarily focused on the individual's english skills. I cannot say that they were strict, as I noticed they were looking for individuals who exhume confidence. Initial interview was a group interview. I remember we were four during this phase. Only two of us were selected. Then, were given the practical exams and I.Q. test. Then, to the one on one interview.

there are lots of steps for the interview process... there are 5 ways to be exact... there are written exams through monitors and oral exams in which you have to listen to the customer and understand their concerns

Once you fill out the application and pass the assessment, you'll schedule an interview. It was a group interview of about 25 people. We did an assessment activity with a map. Then broke up into smaller groups to do a mock customer service activity.
