J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Converse (Glendale, AZ) en mars 2016
Entretien
After applying online, it was about a day before I got a call asking to come in for an interview. The guy was quite kind and just asked about my employment history and why I wanted to work in Converse. He then invited me in the next day to speak with two other managers.
I sat down with two managers, both very casual and friendly, neither the general manager. They each took turns asking me questions while also being very up front about their own feelings and thoughts. They both gave experiences to help me relate and to help me give better, detailed answers that did indeed showcase me better as a person. They were very informative and honest, open about just about everything and detailing more than I would have thought to ask - which was a very good thing in the end.

It was an online interview, self explanatory. Record yourself answering the prompts given. They gave about 2-3 mins to answer each question, and you get to review how you answered if you did not like your first take.

It was easy and laid back. I did the interview in the back stock room and it was very low pressure/difficulty. We did the basic interview questions and I was offered the job on the spot.
