Over the phone interview, roughly 30 min long with co-op coordinator. Then followed up with a second interview with the hiring Research and Development engineer. Very typical interview questions for co-ops.

Phone interview was set for 30 minutes but only took 20 minutes. Interviewed by 5 people at once, including a team manager of a different section. Asked basic questions such as introducing myself and went through my resume and past experiences. Straightforward process and received a response in a week.
