Interview process was low pressure and relatively easy. My career counselor encouraged me to apply and the entire communication process was through their current law clerks. The clerks and associates seemed alright, but the partners at the firm are SO old school. They also require their clerks to stay for at least a year, which is unreasonable considering that we all do other externships and clinics throughout our time in law school.
