The whole process only took about two weeks. I applied online and quickly got a response to setup a time for an initial phone interview. The phone interview was about an hour and was with the head of development. It went really well and it went over the basics of what is my skillset, what is my workflow process etc. After the phone interview I got an invite to do an onsite interview at the CoreCommerce office. The onsite interview was with two developers, because at this time CoreCommerce had no designers. They were super nice and made you feel comfortable during the interview. It lasted about two hours which included a quick HTML/CSS test. About 2-3 business days after the onsite interview I was sent an offer letter via email and I accepted.
