J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez CoreWeave (Copenhague, Hovedstaden) en nov. 2025
Entretien
My interview process had two rounds, the first with the recruiter and the second was a technical interview. I believe I answered most of the technical questions (around 75% or more). However, I was rejected after the process. When I asked for feedback, unfortunately I did not receive any response. It would be helpful for candidates if the company could provide feedback after interviews.

The CoreWeave interview process was very professional and organized. The interview process started off with an introductory phone screening to explain your experience. Next, if you are given the opportunity to move forward, you'll be invited to a technical interview. In my opinion the questions asked during the interview were easy. The questions were related to DC Hardware and Software troubleshooting. Within a week from the completion of the technical interview you should receive the results from your interview.

Fairly laid back,They email to confirm times with every interview.
First interview was with HR, to make sure you're okay with the pay, to go over the role more in depth and make sure you have experience.
Second interview was more in depth about knowledge of data centers, troubleshooting equipment, and experiences, but still laid back and casual.
Still waiting on a third interview about 2 weeks in, it takes time but is a nice process.
**Havent gotten offer yet, still waiting.**
