I had a screening call and it began with several background questions aimed at understanding any previous experience I've had in finance. My responses were recorded and past on to the team itself, who would then determine if they wanted to do another interview with me.
The interview process was typical: the first round was with HR, followed by a second interview with team members. It focused on behavioral questions and assessing fit for the role.
