On arrival for the interview I was required to fill out an application form from HR. Interviewer started off by conveying his concerns regarding my cv and experience. Starting an interview on a negative doesn’t set the tone for a comfortable remaining 45 minutes. Interviewer was concerned I was over qualified, however prior to arranging a face to face interview perhaps the first interview should have been online so as to not waste time and money. (I took a 3 hour journey, £100 pounds travel cost to get into London).
