Career fair where the recruiter liked my experience-> interview in person with 3 people -> interview with HR where they asked about my background -> Waited for confirmation but never heard back until months later

Name one experience that you had where you disagreed with your supervisor. How did you handle it?
1 to 1 interview. easy process. I was asked to explain about my research and the reason I am interested in this company. Also, I was asked about my graduation plans.

They scheduled an interview phone screening and asked me basic questions. All of them being behavioral. They asked me why i want to work there, and what makes me a good candidate.

Entretien
The interviewer called me to assess whether or not I could do the basic tasks of the job, what my qualifications are, my start dates, etc. It was pretty much straightforward, said that I would be called again by two managers and that that would be the only further steps.
