I was contacted by a Corning recruiter after applying through Corning's website. This recruiter scheduled a preliminary phone-screen. After the interview with the recruiter, a phone interview was scheduled with the hiring manager. After this phone interview, I was brought on site for a half-day. During this time, I received a plant tour from the hiring manager and interviewed with the Division Engineering manager, two winding division team engineers, and a human resources employee.
