There was a phone screen, phone interview, phone interview with managers, and then the final decision. It was easy and stress free. It seems like a very good company with people who enjoy their roles and their impact on Corning products.

Entretien
I thought I did really well on the 1st phone interview, they moved me to a 2nd phone interview. They then said they have another location they want me to interview for... here I go with another TWO interviews. A total of 4 interviews and NO call telling me I wasn't a good fit, I had to inquire after a month of waiting.
I was also unimpressed by their HR who also sent grammar mistakes and uncapitalized letters in the email.
