      Entretien

Two rounds of 30 min interviews with hiring managers and director - pretty straightforward. Asked the standard interview questions, nothing super technical or industry heavy. Questions centered around my previous experience.

      Entretien

One of the most unprofessional interview processes I have encountered. I was contacted by this company via LinkedIn regarding the above open opportunity (Strategic Sales Executive role) who stated I would be a great fit. I proceeded to schedule an interview with her. She later notified me the interview would take place with someone else (red flag #1). After interviewing with her, I hadn't heard back on the agreed upon next steps (I did follow up via email). I reached out to the company who directed me to the original interviewer (red flag #2). A couple days went by, and I received an email from the her stating I was not selected to move forward for "role? (a role I never applied for, nor did she and I ever discuss -red flag #3). She then stated in her email that they have another role "Strategic Sales Executive" that I would be a great fit for and proceeded to share base salary which was a range of 20k to 30k below the initial range that the company shared in her original message to me on LinkedIn (red flag #4). I emailed the interviewer back and stated I was confused. I informed her I had never heard about the "role?" "the one they were not moving forward with," nor did she I discuss that role during the interview. I stated the role I interviewed with her was "Strategic Sales Executive" role and it was the same role her manager initially reached out to me about. I also shared with her the LinkedIn message with Role Name and Description including base salary range which was 20k to 30k higher. I inquired why the base salary range she was sharing for the same role was significantly lower that the information I received from her manager. I never received an email response back from her rather an impromptu (her cell#) phone call/voicemail (I was able to answer call). I called (received her voicemail message -recording was her name and company name) back immediately after hearing the message and left a voicemail message for her. An hour later I received a text from junior recruiter stating she left for the day. We arrange via text message a time next week to speak (it was the weekend). Upon calling her twice on the agreed upon time and date, I received a recording stating the number was disconnected (I verified the correct cell number from our text message exchanges #FinalRedFlag). I texted her and no response. I didn't have an office number for her as there was none listed on her pervious email communication, nor did company contact provide an office #/email on the LinkedIn message. I did email the interviewer informing her I did call and that her number is disconnected, and I never received an email response (#OverIt). After these series of events, I was over it. I opted to focus my time and energy on my upcoming interviews with companies that respect and value their candidates' time.

      Questions d'entretien [1]

      Question 1

The phone interview with recruiter consisted of basic interview questions (tell me about your work history, why Fleetcor, availability, etc). The recruiter sounded like she was relatively new because she was unable to answer simple questions I asked about the role/company.
