Very straight forward. Mostly behavioral based. Position for PhDs will require a 1 hour seminar followed by a series of panel interviews. Expect it to last around 6 hours, I think they've moved them to mostly virtual for the time being.

Did an initial phone interview then got flown to the headquarters to have a seminar. That was followed by interviews with various employees every hour. Very nice interviewing process a bit long though. Was there from 8:00 am until 3:00 pm with a lunch hour in between. Their employees seemed happy and it looks like a good place to work.
