The interview process took two weeks to attain. I had an initial over the phone interview and I spoke with the store manager. I was invited for a one-on-one interview in which I interviewed with the store manager and district manager. Overall, the interview process was informational, friendly, direct and communicative.

Over the phone and fairly easy. The hiring manager at the time was nice and made the interview comfortable. She asked me about my work history and why I was currently looking for work.

Very informal, was hired on the spot same day based on my availability, which I know now was a red flag because they were desperately trying to fill the spot of someone who just quit.
