Very easy interview, manager was easy to talk to, felt more like a regular conversation. Basic questions about employment history, sales experience and some scenario questions. Discussed benefits and scheduling. Told me she wanted to hire me right there and then, got an offer the next day.

Over the phone and fairly easy. The hiring manager at the time was nice and made the interview comfortable. She asked me about my work history and why I was currently looking for work.

First I received a phone call from the store manager, then I was interviewed in person in the store’s back room by the store manager and the assistant store manager.

Very informal, was hired on the spot same day based on my availability, which I know now was a red flag because they were desperately trying to fill the spot of someone who just quit.
