Interview was short and simple. Manager at the time was very clear in the job role and what it would include. I had a couple questions which I asked and were answered with the information I needed.

Very casual, held over zoom, not stressful. Standard questions asked, wanted to know about previous work experience. Met with the manager only and went through my cv, asked about availability etc

Entretien
Very simple, you apply online, if you are successful they will call you for an interview and schedule a time. The store manager should usually be the one doing the interviewing. But sometimes the lead Barista Maestro will tag along too
