I applied through a referral link and was given a journal article to read and respond to a few written questions about, a dataset to conduct descriptive analysis in R, and a proofreading assessment. HR told me that they are experiencing delays in processing/interviews and told me to wait an extra week. I followed up 2 weeks later and HR told me they would have a decision to me in a week. It has been 2 months and it has been radio silence. It is also important to note that you can only apply to one job at Costello at a time - HR had me choose between 2 jobs when I had already spent time completing assessments for both jobs.

The first stage of the interview process was a video interview with pre-set questions. This was conducted to understand the candidates' interests and relevant experience. The interview consisted of a total of six questions, with each question allowing one minute to prepare and record a video response.
