One phone interview which was pretty standard CV and motivation questions, then a proofreading test and finally two rounds of in-person interview, a presentation on a medical topic and a more general interview

The interview process was well organised overall. It began with an initial screening interview that was self-recorded and timed, which wasn't a particularly positive experience. If successful, candidates then had to complete two exercises: a proofreading task and a statistical exercise. The final stage was a 90-minute interview with two different panels, after which successful candidates received an offer.
