I went to their office in DC. They asked me about why I wanted to work for them, what my skills was etc. They were most interested in my ability to write as the job dealt mostly with proposal writing. I also talked about my quantitative skills as they sell data and analytic solutions. I later learned highlighting these abilities is what won me the job. I suggest talking about your sales experience, your writing skills and your quantitative skills.
