Prepare anatomy and physiology well.
1st round : aptitude test (has 3 sections - logical reasoning, medical terminalogy, verbal)
2nd round : technical interview
3rd round : HR round

Entretien
HR shows some attitude but technical rounds were good. They gave time to think and answer. They checked on place of residence (no cabs!). Too many candidates called in and rejected. Lot of stress on communication. One manager spoke like an American and drilled me on grammatical mistakes , later I found that he is actually s nice guy.
