I had disclosed to someone else on the interview team that I used to work at another fashion retailer (a competitor somewhat, but a slightly more high end) and they were literally disgusted and their whole tone changed from that moment on. Sorry I would like to feed my family this Christmas by selling your merchandise. I felt picked on and unfairly judged through the whole thing because I have experience. Disgusting, would not recommend.
