First round is a coding assessment test in Hackerrank. Post that there are 6 rounds of interviews. 1) A high level manager will perform MR round. 2) L1 technical round 3) L2 technical round 4) L3 technical 5) One more MR and technical round 6) Leadership and HR round. Questions include- what are the technologies you know and have no hands on experience. If you say you know .net core but no hands-on experience, the guy thinks you don't have core experience ( core as in deep). so he thinks you are support guy. Took 30mins of explanation to clarify him. If you value time, do not attend. A worst process ever. Even the 1st MR round is so senseless. Complete waste of time.
