I received my first interview which was just a phone call asking me why I wanted the job. Then I was invited for a face to face interview. The interview lasted an hour and was extremely intimidating, I felt like I was being interrogated for only a minimum wage position. I have almost 10 years customer service experience and the interviewer told me I wasn't qualified for the job (even though in the end they offered me the job). They asked me a lot of personal questions during the interview that were inappropriate like my birth year, where I live, why I had previously lived in other cities 5 years ago. I was asked questions way beyond the job title like what I know about business. They then offered me the job even after telling me I have "no experience" according to them. They told me my college education in tourism management was irrelevant to work in the hotel industry.
