I've been through many interviews already and always get the same response. Its like any other interview when they ask the same questions about the candidates experience, why the candidate wants to work there, what is the candidates availability, etc. I was very excited until I heard the location and pay rate. I agreed with at first then changed my mind immediately once they said I would have to pay for parking. I was doing the math and realized that the commute is not even worth it. The commute was an estimate of 300 dollars every 2 weeks. I can see why they're always hiring for that location. 'The candidate gets the job but still has to pay for it'. I just told the interviewer how I felt and did not want to go forward. They were saying if I changed my mind to contact them again. Companies wonder why they cannot get anyone to work because they don't pay well.

The hiring process is quite efficient. I applied online and shortly thereafter had a phone interview with a recruiter. The recruiter then had me come in for an in-person interview. The next week, I met with the hiring manager. They got back to me within 1 week.

I received a phone call from a recuriter within a week of applying online and did a brief telephone screen. I had an in--person interview with the recruiter in San Francisco and received a follow-up interview with another recruiter the week after. I was offered the position at MGA within a few days of the second interview.
