I was told that TL post has 5 interviews. I was able to pass the first 2 and I was scheduled for an interview with an OM. During my first and second interview, I was asked if I'm still employed and I said yes. They asked my shift schedule so they can adjust the interview schedule. Few days later, I received a text asking if I'm available at a time where I'll be at my current work so I declined and asked for it to be rescheduled. I received a reply saying they will work with the person who will interview me. The next day, I receive an update for the new schedule which is still within my shift. I respectfully declined and asked if they could set it up outside of my working hours and that I shared my schedule to the first 2 interviewers so we could align with the interview schedules. I was even given a tip by the 2nd interviewer to not take the interview within my shift in their current company because that's what makes some of their applicants fail. But after declining the last schedule, I never heard from them. It seems like this company wants you to jeopardize your current job for them. Considering the tip, looks like you want me to be absent. Well tell you what, not every applicant hates their current company. Some are genuinely looking for something new but not to the point of jeopardizing their current company for the sake of passing the job application. If you can't respect that, then something's wrong with you people.
