The recruiter reached out to me and we had a phone interview which lasted about 20 minutes and went really well. She explained the company and role, then went through my resume. Then I received an email and set up an interview with the hiring manager for the department. When I set up the interview, the recruiter sent me a PDF of behavioral questions in the STAR format to prepare. These questions were exactly what I was asked in the interview. I thought it went decently well and I was told I'd hear back that week or the next, but its been almost 4 weeks and I still haven't heard anything.
