I applied online and I was contacted to set up a phone interview. I had a phone interview and then was scheduled for an in person interview. The in person interview questions were in the STAR format.

Took about 2 months after the interview. You have an interview with the recruiter over the phone and then a 2 person interview in the facility. They type your responses in the computer. They will ask about sales and your previous job experience. Just smile and be confident. Sales is gonna be a heavy factor in the job so let them know about a time when you when above and beyond to offer the customer additional value.
