Recruiter will call to setup interview. First interview was with team that the intern would be working for. Lasted 1 hour. The team went around and each asked their set of questions. Called back about 3-4 days later for second interview. Second interview was with the team’s manager. Interview was more of a cultural fit conversational interview. Asked why you want to work with them, what made you choose your specific major, what you hope to get out of the internship. The process was straightforward and it went well, but manager went with another candidate.

Quick and thoughtful. The hr contacted and schedule an interview right away if you are a good fit. Next to interviews take like two week or shorter depending on things. After within a week after, an offer would be make if you are chosen.
