Applied online, contacted for interview in less than 24 hrs., interviewed next day, offered job on the spot at competitive wage. Some online background/credit check after in-person talk. The store Manger called to set-up orientation.

Why do you want to work at Cracker Barrel? That was the only question, really. I asked more questions about CB than the Mgr. did of me. I applied for Dishwasher, was hired as Host. He didn't ~feel~ that I was Dishwasher material, but thought Host was a better fit after hearing me talk a bit.

Very nice manager who interviewed me and he asked questions that were reasonable for the position I was trying to obtain. I did not end up working at that establishment, but it left a good taste in my mouth.

it was fine ,feels like your talking to a friend but it was a short interview process ,half way through they said they hired someone for the position so it was a waste of time
