I saw this review and wanted to respond immediately as a good candidate experience is something that we take very seriously--both for Creative Alignments and for our clients. We have been very busy in the past couple of months so I definitely recognize that this was just not as smooth and swift as it should have been. But that is no excuse. My apologies to this candidate on the less than positive experience. For what it is worth--and with no intention of undermining the legitimate frustration of this candidate--from the date of application (sept 16) to the date of this review was 4 weeks (still too long by our standards).
