The process took about a week. I applied online and I got called in for an interview. This was my first job so they don't expect too much from you. I checked in at the front desk and was given a spelling test. Shortly after the test, they call you in for the interview which lasts about 20 minutes. The questions are fairly basic, like how did you hear about the position, strengths and weaknesses. I honestly feel like there is no wrong answer. The hiring managers is just trying to see how well you speak english. Just couple days after I got the offer.
