After faxing in my cover letter and resume, I received a phone call about 2 weeks later asking for my availability to come in to see them for an interview. I interviewed with the field director. He was very friendly and approachable. He gave me more information about their company and got the ball rolling once I accepted their offer. Livescan, health screening, and drug tests were all processed according to my schedule. The sooner I finished this process, the sooner I started working.
