Only spoke with Pete. He allowed me to get my CDM, however did not tell me of the God complex the owner of the management company has. The building has not been improved upon since Manor Care owned it. It smelled atrocious and of mold. No one is allowed to have their own thoughts. You do it strictly their way or you don't stay. I was told in my interview they were on their 11th Administrator and several department heads were needing to be replaced as well. Avoid this place at all cost. The pay is not comparable to the market and they are not willing to put the money in to improve the building. They just want to make the money off of census. The management company owner needs to jump off his pedestal and actually take a look around to see the improvements that need to be made.
