It didn't seem to have a HR process. I had a written test, then followed by two stock-pitch presentations directly with the team head who was hiring and some other research analysts. I was given three days in advance for preparation of the presentations. But it was more like a chat.

Introductory, asking questions about education and previous experience. Overall phone interview took 30 minutes. The interviewer wasa research analyst a s asking questions about cash flow yiels, valuations, finance theory etc. The key is to understand that you a familiar with the basic concepts and are willing to learn and work for it.
