Positives: 1. You will come across panelists who are fairly open-minded to have great conversations. Negatives: 1. Long and winding hour-long interviews with each round having multiple stakeholders. It only gets bad when you have clueless and unprepared stakeholders chiming in without much face showing negating your earlier nicer experience. 2. The turn off moment happens when you have a very junior member joining the panel in back to back rounds of interview and ask questions without preparation. 3. You don't push personal questions in an interview and worse in later stages. It is an instant turn off. Overall the entire process is gloomy without a sense of direction on the next steps.
