I extended my hand to introduce myself and he waved my hand off saying he was a germ-a-phobe and hated to shake hands. I offered my resume/reference sheet to him and he waved this off saying he could not touch paper. Whoa...what in the world kind of guy is this? Then he slid a paper over to me with a math problem on it and said - solve this...it was a sq. ft word problem. At this point, I could tell he was a real winner...his questions were sarcastic and demeaning - this guy is obviously "difficult"...extremely peculiar. - I told him I did not want to waste his time or mine and I walked out.
