I went thru a written exam followed by a f2f with the talent acquisition person who informed me that i have been shortlisted for the CEO round and asked me to wait at the reception. After sometime she came out and told me that the CEO is not available and she would schedule the interview in the same week or may be the next. It's been almost a month and absolutely no communication from their end has come. I tried calling a few times and these people just do not respond.. Highly unprofessional behavior...

The interview process was simple. But the HR of this company are very rude and not cooperative. They pay peanuts and then they threaten you to accept the job offer. They tell you if we don't accept the offer, they will give the offer to someone else. I really don't understand how a company can disrespect an aspiring candidate who is interested to join them. I kindly request the CEO to change their HR management and bring in professionals who know their job better. Very bad experience with the HR. Though I was thrilled for having cracked the interview. But the HR made it really a bitter experience for me. Low standards!
