I had a phone interview and then I met with the boss at the office and we went over what my responsibilities were going to be. He then asked if it was something that I thought that I would be interested in for the long-term and I said yes. He then said that he would give it some thought. He called me that evening and offered me the position.

Phone call and video call for second interview. Phone call explained all benefits but not pay, video call explained all job duties and everyday tasks. They were extremely nice and eager to get someone hired.
