The process was very friendly, two managers made the interview, they explain the process of the interview. At the end of the interview the ask me if I have some question and they answer me.

Black screen for me, I did not se their faces. Technical problems. Very weird questions. They were not interested and looked away while interviewing me. No understanding for me being Swedish and nervous even though the company is said to be so very openminded and supportive. Rude. I was very qualified. They still have not filled the vacancy two months and several ads later.
