Everyone I talked to was very nice. First I had a phone interview, and a few days later I was on the headquarters for another interview. Some of the questions were the same, but the in situ interview had more questions. They stated very clearly in the physical interview they wanted all their workers to be technology enthusiasts with solid knowledge and eager to learn more every day.
