The interview was an all-day interview process, all online if you declined to go through the "group" process.
You completed an application, several math and IQ tests, a personality test, an English evaluation (recorded yourself answering 5 questions, then submitted it); then a written evaluation where two of the 10 questions required you to record yourself doing 2 separate presentations (for a made up company) for the CEO and the Sales team. (I only answered 2 of the 10 questions and they were related to writing a complete marketing plan and a complete staffing model including KPIs for each staff member).
After spending 3 hours trying to complete the online requirements (before you could actually talk to someone), I did not complete the application when I came to the questions where you had to record yourself giving two presentations. I did not know that would be part of the interview and wasn't prepared. I saved what I had completed and decided I would go back later to complete (absolutely an option).
Then I read the Glassdoor reviews and decided this might be a scam. This was the same day when I had completed the majority of the application but not all.
The next day I received a "regret" from Crossover saying they had reviewed my application and had decided to move forward with other candidates. The problem is that I never completed it, so they could not have been able to review it. It tells me that they just sent a form letter and never actually looked at my application.
Bad experience. Will never apply through this company again. I think it is a scam of some sort.
