I spent about 4 hours doing assessments for a job that crossover.com claims to be recruiting for. There are hours of assessment remaining, and no indication of if it is worth my time to continue. No hiring manager listed, no contact form for the company, absolutely no feedback of any kind other than automated scoring. Should I wait? How long? Am I being considered? Have I been eliminated? I have no idea and there is no way to find out. The cognitive test included was easy to get a top score on, but I'm not sure why I bothered.
